OnBoard Tampa Bay is FDOT District 7’s Workforce Development Program, with an emphasis on promoting careers in road, bridge, and highway construction. The Network is comprised of local Community Partners who will provide the wrap-around services to job-seeker.

Community partners are locally rooted and culturally connected, providing a unique ability to understand the real issues job seekers face when seeking employment. Many job seekers need assistance with transportation, training, certification, and other support services.
